How do I enroll?

Choose the Enroll Now tab on the cdnhq.com site or go directly to enrollinCDN.com to enroll in this program.

I see the program has changed – why?

NOTE: The look and feel of the pages featuring dealership personalization was previously updated to best represent your dealership, your owners, and the brands. This has streamlined the personalization-and-offer process and made it easier for you to complete.

Here’s an overview:
  • Dealership information and service offers have moved to the inside back cover of each magazine, providing a prime location with more reader visibility.
  • Owners can scan a QR code alongside your dealership information that will take them directly to your website or the corresponding brand website.
    • Dealer coordinators will enjoy a simplified process with less time and involvement, as all they need to do is review and approve the personalization copy provided.
    • Service offers are eligible for a Parts and Sales iMR Program Reimbursement of 95 cents per page/per number of your owners receiving the magazine, if you choose to use the funds.
    • If you need to make any changes to your personalization or iMR Reimbursement, you can call or email us to ensure all information is correct for the next issue.
  • If you aren’t currently participating in the National Retail Plan Program, a call-to-action message and service menu will be provided to your owners; iMR Reimbursement is also available to you if you choose.
How will I be notified when issue updates are needed?

We will be sending GlobalConnect messages to numerous positions within the dealership when your dealership’s personalization needs to be reviewed. You should be notified through this process. Additionally, and email will be sent to the last approver or last dealership personnel that we have on file with permission to contact you directly when the next issue is ready for review and approval.

Can I see the information that I ran before?

New to this program in 2022 – if your dealership is in the NRP program, your service offers will be populated with the most current offers from the NRP program along with the most recent dealership information we have on your dealership. All you have to do is go to Dealer Personalization on cdnhq.com; enter in your BAC code and you will see your current personalization for the next issue. Review and approve or contact us if any changes are needed. If you have any changes to dealership information or your iMR participation, contact us at 1-888-237-2447 (9 am – 4 pm M-F EST) or email us at info@cdnhq.com

If you are not a part of the National Retail Plan program, a service menu of service offerings with a call-to-action to your dealership website for more specific service offers will be populated for you.

What if I need to make a change after I’ve submitted my final approval?

Once you click on Submit Approval, you can call CDNHQ Program Headquarters at 1‐888-237‐2447 or email us at info@cdnhq.com and we will be happy to help you.

Where do I find information on the CDN programs?

Can I see current and previous issues of the CDN magazines and eNewsletters?

Yes. Once finalized, the most current magazine and eNewsletter will be posted on the site under Program Samples. You will be able to view the digital copy of the magazine and the eNewletter. Additionally, all participating dealerships receive a box of the magazines after publishing to distribute to dealership personnel and customers in their dealership.

How do I contact someone after hours?

CDNHQ administrators are here during business hours 5 days a week to answer all your questions and support the CDN program. After business hours you can contact us at 1‐888‐237-2447 and leave us a voice mail – we will return your call the next business day. You can also send us an e‐mail at info@cdnhq.com and we will respond as soon as possible.

When we are not here, the site is being monitored to make sure it is working. You can review and approve information 24/7!
